Frode Hvaring

Frode Hvaring is an international Leadership, Culture and HR Advisor and Mentor. He held various regional and global COO and Head of HR roles in Swiss employers’ association; Credit Suisse, Caterpillar Group, EBU-Eurovision among others.

A Boards member and advisor in Switzerland, Germany and Italy, he often “HR doctors” companies and individuals through hands-on, value-adding interventions on future-proof HR & Leadership, sustainable Digital Transformation, and effective corporate Culture.

Chair of IGEF – International Geneva Executives Forum and Co-Founder of HR Guides, he is Visiting Lecturer in in business schools on Global Leadership, International Human Resources and Exponential Business Strategy.

Frode has a Masters in Economics from Fribourg, Switzerland and post-grads from IMD, Lausanne and Thunderbird, Phoenix. His doctoral studies at Grenoble GEM / Pisa Sant’Anna Institute focus on Cultural Ignorance.
