Communication expert and adult trainer, specialised in customer management and engagement (internal/external). As a native German speaker fluent in English and French, I have led numerous communication projects, workshops and teambuilding events within the corporate world. Throughout her career (14+ years), Stéphanie has worked with Swiss-German teams, colleagues and customers, B2B & B2C.

With a Master’s degree in language science and adult training, I apply modern teaching methods and online learning tools. With enthusiasm, dedication and empathy, I guide my students towards their objectives. My language proficiency provides me with the flexibility to facilitate workshops, lead project teams or deliver corporate trainings.
