Marie-France Derderian has an extensive experience in client experience. business, innovation and entrepreneurship. After 11 years in the technology industry, she became Director of several master’s degree programs at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM). For the next 16 years, she taught graduate courses on subjects such as business development, entrepreneurship and innovation in Grenoble, Casablanca, Marrakesh Beijing and Berlin in parallel with some consulting activities leading her to work across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
In September 2018, she was appointed Senior Lecturer and Director of the MSc in Hospitality, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland and she left in October 2021. Since October 2021, she is fully dedicated to her consultancy activities, and training services specialized in client experience, business, innovation.
