Performance, Communication and Management at the Heart of the Discussions
The discussions focused in particular on the challenges of change management and intergenerational management: creating dialogue, involving operational teams from the outset, bringing together all generations, communicating effectively and celebrating success.
One common theme emerged from these different experiences: people and communication must remain at the heart of organizational transformation.
