So, in fact, in the next 5 to 10 years, our jobs will change. That is a reality. I’m not the one saying it. The World Economic Forum has published articles on this subject. And yet, we are not ready for change. No one is ready for change. We have not learned to adapt in fact. What is interesting is that skills are tools among others that allow, among other things, to understand change. Because a change is always stressful, stress management, that’s it.
You always have to question yourself. You have to be able to really be flexible like a bamboo, able to bend a little in all directions. And that, soft skills are great tools to learn how to manage that. Managing that with additional tools and that’s what’s super interesting.
So one of the reasons is change management, soft skills are great tools to prepare for tomorrow, to prepare for a potential change of job in 5 to 10 years.
